Trade Information

1. Opening An Account.

Opening a trade account with Southern Swords is a simple process, simply fill out the online form to register an account and it will generate the account you can use for login, this will also send an email to our team and once it has been approved the account will be able to see prices and purchase from the store. If you already have an account from our other stores (southernswords.co.uk, larpwarriors.co.uk, theukhornshop.com) Then just send us an email to sales@southernswordstrade.co.uk letting us know that you wish to open a trade account.


2. Ordering.

Ordering from us is simple and can be done online or via phone. All prices displayed when logged in to your account are the prices excluding VAT and the VAT will be added at checkout. We have a minimum order of £600 GBP per order. Shipping is added to all orders below £1000- excluding vat but is free for orders above this (mainland UK only).



3. Stock Levels

We try to keep as much as possible in stock and order from the manufacturers on a regular basis, however there will be times that the quantity or items ordered are not with us, in such case we will inform you and place the item on order. Backordered items can take up to 4 months to be manufactured and shipped to us.


4. Payment

We accept either Bank Transfer (bank details displayed at checkout) Or SagePay for credit and debit cards. Using SagePay will incur a small fee to cover the transactional costs due to the largely reduced item prices at wholesale level.
